This song has a bit of an unusual story, because it was one of the earliest songs I ever composed. Back in 2014, I had an idea for an ominous song that would take place in a dark cave of some sort, and I came up with a bassline and a few other things. But I could never think of a way to really make the song work, so it languished on my computer for the better part of 2 and a half years.

So, when I started working on the soundtrack to 'Delve Down', I decided to do what I can and finally finish this song. I'm not sure what I think of the end result: I like the sound of the square instrument and its melody is pretty decent, but it also feels a bit too slow/repetitive for my liking. Maybe I'll come back to it, but at least I can put it to rest for now.
