This song actually began as an idea for an action-packed theme back in mid-2016. I really liked what I'd come up with, but I couldn't figure a good melody or how to progress the song, so I abandoned the song and completely forgot about it until I used it for Track 15.

With it fresh in my mind, I decided to see if I could finally finish up the song for 'Delve Down', and to be honest, I feel I did a pretty okay job. Most of the song's best bits (like the brass fanfare during the section just before the chorus) were made back in 2016, but I think I managed to create a good song.
